Ambulances du Rocher are members of the Monegasque Alliance for Medical Transport . Created in October 2026, it brings together all the medical transport companies in Monaco around a common requirement: safe, punctual and humane transport, for the benefit of all patients in the Principality.

Dialogue with the supervisory authorities
To be a constructive interlocutor with the Directorate of Health Action (DASA) and the Department of Social Affairs and Health, in order to contribute to the organization, development and sustainability of medical transport in the Principality.
Coordination
Working closely with Monegasque healthcare institutions to support the patient journey.
Representation
To present the profession's concerns with a single voice to public authorities and health insurance organizations.
