DATA PROTECTION

1. Purpose

To meet its legal obligations and to ensure its internal organization, AMBULANCES DU ROCHER uses personal data relating to its customers.

In accordance with Article 14 of Law no. 1.165 of December 23, 1993, as amended, the purpose of this policy is to meet our obligation to provide information and to remind you of your rights with regard to personal data.

The legal basis for any processing carried out by our company under this policy is the performance of a contract binding us to you and, as the case may be for our contacts, consent or legitimate interest.

2. Contact

Pursuant to Article 14 of Law 1.165, we provide you with the following contact information relating to the nominative information we collect about you via our contact form:

 

- the identity of the data controller: Paola Alemanno Grislain

- whether replies are obligatory or optional: to enable us to process each request as efficiently as possible

- the consequences for you of failing to reply: your request will not be processed, or at least not within a reasonable time.

3. Goals

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

- booking and execution of medical transport

- collecting information to ensure safe patient transport

- customer billing management

 

Our site deals with requests in the paramedical field, and it is understood that the data communicated may under no circumstances be used for commercial purposes, on behalf of third parties, or for the communication to third parties of nominative information concerning them for canvassing purposes, in particular commercial canvassing.

 

Our website does not use cookies. We only collect the information you send us via our contact form.

4. Recipients

Only internal recipients will receive your data. Internal recipients are all employees of our company who are involved in serving our customers or contacts. They welcome you and respond to your requests, or transport you.

5. Shelf Life

 Article 10.1 of Law 1.165 stipulates that processed information must be “kept in a form which permits identification of the data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or for which it is further processed”.

 

6. Your rights

 You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

- a right to ask us for confirmation that data concerning you is being processed, to access this data and to request a copy of it;

- the right to rectify any data concerning you that is incorrect or out of date;

- a right to obtain the deletion of your data if you have objected to their processing for commercial prospecting purposes;

The request to exercise your rights must come from you alone, be accompanied by proof of identity and be made in writing to the relevant department at our contact e-mail address.

 

7. Security

 We implement the technical and organizational measures we deem appropriate to prevent the unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration or disclosure of data concerning you.

In the event of a data breach, we undertake to notify the competent authority within the required timeframe. If the data breach poses a high risk to our customers/prospects, we undertake to notify those concerned and provide them with the necessary information and recommendations.

 

8. Contact CCIN

As authorized by law, you may submit a declaration to the Commission de Contrôle des Informations Nominatives (CCIN.mc) - 7 rue Suffren Reymond, Bloc B, 4th floor, 98000, Monaco.

 

9. Review

 In the event of regulatory changes or recommendations, we reserve the right to modify the present policy. You will be notified of any new policy before it comes into force.
