1/ CAN I BOOK A TRIP THE EVE FOR THE NEXT DAY or 15 days in advance?
before the office closes the day before, we always find a solution for our patients. In the event of total unavailability of our vehicles, we will contact our colleagues to find a solution for you.
2/ CAN I BOOK A TRIP 15 days in advance?
The earlier you order, the better.
3/ WHAT IS your RESPONSE TIME to reservation requests?
It depends on when the request is made. During opening hours, the response can be immediate and we respond within half an hour. Otherwise, the response is made early in the morning of the next working day.
4/ Do you transport to or from France?
Yes, we carry out transport France - Monaco, Monaco - France and of course Monaco - Monaco. However, we cannot carry out transport only in France.
5/ Can I order my ambulance through any of the channels?
Yes, it is entirely possible to order your ambulance online, by telephone, by message or directly on the mobile application. You will find our contact methods in the section of the same name on this site.
6/ Can there be a companion in the ambulance?
Yes, our ambulances are equipped with an accompanying seat which allows the patient to be accompanied in cases that require it. Do not hesitate to let us know when making your reservation.
